Birdy Imports is a proud member of the following cycling organisations.

The Cycling Promotion Fund
The CPF was established in 1999 with a goal to increase bicycle usage in Australia. It is an industry member organisation. Each member contributes a fixed percentage of their sales revenue to the fund. This money is then used to support campaigns and partnerships that will result in more cycling for everyone. Birdy Imports is proud to be one of the early members of this fund. Other members include: TREK, Giant and Shimano.

The Bicycle Industries Association
The BIA is a national body representing bicycle wholesalers in Australia. It assists wholesalers by keeping them informed about state or federal legislation that might affect them, including things such as safety standards. Membership is voluntary.

Bicycle NSW
We live in Sydney, so this is our local/state cycling organisation. By being a member we get public liability protection, free subscription to the great 2 monthly Australian Cyclist magazine, discounted rates on rides and other benefits. Besides these benefits, your money goes towards improving cycling conditions in your area. We encourage everyone out there to join their state group.
